A 49-year-old Rochester woman was taken into custody Wednesday evening on stalking charges.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Irene Webb was arrested following an investigation that began in April of this year.
Webb appeared before a judge during centralized arraignment processing and was released with a court date set for Victor Town Court at a later time.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
