“FLX Gives” is back this week — a 24-hour online fundraiser supporting nonprofits in Yates, Schuyler, Steuben, and Chemung counties.
The event is organized by the Community Foundation of Elmira-Corning and the Finger Lakes and connects people with the local causes they care about most. It’s all about celebrating the nonprofits that make the region a great place to live and give.
This year’s giving day runs from 6 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, through 6 p.m. on Friday, November 14.
Along with raising money, participating nonprofits can win cash prizes, connect with new donors, and engage their supporters in fun and creative ways.
