A woman was arrested at Patty’s Lodge in the Town of Hopewell on Oct. 31, past 2:00 a.m. after it was determined she intentionally and knowingly violated an active Refrain from Order of Protection.
The woman, identified as Chuncey Ward was detained after reportedly biting her boyfriend, the protected party. She was transported to the Ontario County Jail and will appear in Town of Hopewell Court at a later date.
