Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Sodus man after responding to a reported domestic disturbance.
Officers say 44-year-old Richard Segarra allegedly pushed a female victim to the ground during the incident.
Segarra was charged with second-degree harassment and was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing. He was being held to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
