The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office says a Bath man has been arrested for allegedly violating an order of protection more than 150 times.
Investigators say 40-year-old Adam Webster repeatedly contacted the protected person between August 19 and September 15, despite a court order barring communication. Webster is charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a Class E felony.
He was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
