Penn Yan’s Library’s McGill Honored as Outstanding Library Advocate

Susan McGill of Penn Yan has been recognized as an Outstanding Library Advocate by the Southern Tier Library System (STLS).

McGill, president of the Friends of Penn Yan Public Library and a member of the STLS Board of Trustees, coordinates book and puzzle sales, advocates for libraries at the state level, and promotes library services throughout the Southern Tier.

She received her award from STLS Executive Director Brian Hildreth at the Penn Yan Public Library, highlighting her dedication and tireless support for libraries in the region.
