Penn Yan Police arrested 44-year-old Gary Anderson Jr. of Penn Yan after a bench warrant was issued by Yates County Supreme Court.
Authorities say Anderson failed to comply with the rules of the Yates County Treatment Court.
Anderson was processed at the Village Police Department and later transported to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
