Canandaigua City police have arrested 23-year-old English Reynolds of Buffalo after a domestic incident in a Canandaigua parking lot.
Officers say it happened on Sunday, when Reynolds allegedly destroyed another person’s property worth more than $250 and was found with a dangerous weapon he intended to use against someone.
Reynolds is charged with criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon, and aggravated family offense — all felonies. He was taken to the Ontario County Jail and held pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
