Finger Lakes Community College will celebrate National Manufacturing Month with a free seminar on the use of artificial intelligence in manufacturing on Tuesday, October 21, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is open to the public.
The keynote speaker, Todd McLees, is a nationally recognized expert on the collaboration between humans and AI. McLees will present “Building AI Agility: Competing and Thriving in the Agency Economy,” exploring how autonomous AI agents make independent decisions across industries and the role of human expertise in leveraging AI effectively.
In addition to the keynote, the seminar will include a panel discussion with local manufacturers, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities during breakfast and lunch.
The event is co-hosted by the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce. Interested participants can find registration details and more information on the FLX AI Hub webpage. Registration closes at 4 p.m. on October 17.
