Yates County Deputies arrested a Keuka Park man Friday on an active warrant for a probation violation.
32-year-old Christopher Castle was taken into custody at his residence and transported to the Yates County Jail.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Castle was to remain in custody until the next session of Yates County Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
