Deputies say a Rochester woman was arrested Tuesday after a shoplifting complaint at the Von Maur store in Victor.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 40-year-old Victoria White is accused of passing all points of sale without paying for merchandise valued at $42.
She was taken into custody on October 7 and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
