A Newark man is facing charges after an investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say 24-year-old Cody Barber was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image. Investigators allege Barber sent intimate photos of two women to a third party without their knowledge or consent.
He was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
