The Finger Lakes Health Foundation’s 108 Holes for Health golf challenge raised more than $11,000 to help fund new equipment at Geneva General Hospital and Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Penn Yan.
Participants played at their convenience between June 15 and September 15, submitting scorecards for six rounds of 18 holes—or 12 rounds of 9 holes—to enter a drawing for a $500 Wegmans gift card.
David Parrow of Waterloo, who participated in the challenge for the second year, was the winner of the gift card.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
