The driver involved in a one-car rollover accident early Saturday morning in Gorham was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Aurora Orbaker, of Stanley, was allegedly driving drunk on County Road 24 in Gorham at around 2 Saturday morning when she was involved in a rollover accident.
Orbaker was not injured and was released on an appearance ticket for Gorham Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
