A Manchester man was taken into custody Friday morning on a felony warrant for failing to register a change of address.
Police say 28-year-old Bradley Mussaw was arrested at the Manchester Inn on State Route 96. The warrant was issued by Canandaigua Town Court. Mussaw, a Level 3 sex offender, had previously been convicted of the same offense in 2024 and was released from the Ontario County Jail in May after serving that sentence.
He was transported back to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
