Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 30-year-old Canandaigua man on a Canandaigua City Court bench warrant.
Deputies located Austin Brown at his residence on Thursday and took him into custody. The bench warrant was issued after Brown failed to appear in Canandaigua City Court on a charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 3rd Degree.
Brown was transported to the Ontario County Jail and held pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
