The Village of Victor, in partnership with the Victor Local Development Corporation (VLDC), is kicking off a new community outreach program, “Our Voice, Our Vision, Our Victor(y)!”—also known as V3. The initiative is part of New York State’s NY Forward program, which funds transformative projects aimed at revitalizing local communities.
Residents, business owners, and local stakeholders will soon have the opportunity to share their ideas and priorities for the future of Victor’s municipal center. The V3 program will collect community input to guide long-term projects focused on housing, business vitality, and overall economic prosperity.
“This is a significant opportunity for our community,” said Mayor Sean McAdoo. “Securing this level of grant funding would provide the capital needed to bring our locally identified vision to reality.”
Kathy Rayburn of the Victor Local Development Corporation stated, “We will be asking the community to complete a V3 input form requesting feedback on potential public and private projects to shape a more vibrant Village for residents, visitors, and businesses alike.” The collected input, ideas, and overall recommendations will result in an application submission reflective of the Village’s active community vision.
