The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of 48-year-old Robert Flavin on Saturday
Police say Flavin was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued after he violated the conditions of his discharge following a recent petit larceny conviction.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
