Maguire Automotive Group has announced the acquisition of Wally’s Ford of Seneca Falls, marking the addition of a third Ford dealership to the company’s expanding portfolio across Upstate New York.
The family-owned and operated group, which has served the region for nearly 50 years, says the move is especially meaningful for owner Phil Maguire, who launched his automotive career at a dealership in Seneca Falls.
“Ford has always been a part of our family story,” Maguire said. “My father spent his early years working for Ford Motor Company before opening his first dealership in Trumansburg in 1977. Bringing the Seneca Falls location into the Maguire family is not only exciting – it’s personal. And now we’re able to offer the area a larger selection of inventory and more convenient service options.”
With the acquisition, Maguire strengthens its presence in the Finger Lakes region while continuing a decades-long connection to the Ford brand. The group now operates 18 locations across New York State, representing 18 leading automotive brands, including Ford dealerships in Ithaca, Canandaigua, and now Seneca Falls.
