The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 27-year-old Andrew Kujawski of Macedon Center Road following an investigation in the Town of Palmyra.
Deputies say Kujawski was involved in a domestic-related incident that prompted their response. When contacted on Maple Avenue, he admitted to recently driving his vehicle and refused field sobriety tests.
Kujawski was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI (.18% BAC or higher), Open Container in a Motor Vehicle, and Refusal to Take a Breath Test. He was processed at the sheriff’s office and released with appearance tickets.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Palmyra Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
