Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports the arrest of a Romulus man on a bench warrant.
Deputies took 48-year-old Cory M. Jensen, of State Route 414, into custody on September 14 following the warrant, which was issued after he failed to appear in Ovid Town Court this past April on multiple vehicle and traffic charges.
Jensen was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is awaiting arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
