The Yates County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Town of Starkey Court last Wednesday following a complaint of disorderly conduct.
Authorities say 23-year-old Jaime Fry of Dundee behaved in a manner deemed threatening to the public. She was arrested and later released on tickets, and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Starkey Court at a future date to answer the charges.
The incident remains under investigation by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
