The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Seneca Falls woman following a traffic stop earlier this month.
Around 1:15 a.m. on September 2, deputies stopped a vehicle in the Town of Seneca Falls and identified the driver as Camilla Cuccari. Following an investigation, deputies determined she was driving while intoxicated.
Sheriff Tim Thompson said Cuccari resisted arrest and obstructed deputies during the incident. She was also cited for multiple vehicle violations, including failure to turn as required, operating an unregistered and uninspected vehicle, and driving without insurance.
Cuccari faces charges of driving while intoxicated, obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest. She was held for CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
