Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 27-year-old Victor woman Saturday following a domestic incident at the Kwik Fill on State Route 96.
Deputies say their investigation determined that Taylor West injured a protected party in violation of a court-issued order of protection. West was charged with assault and criminal contempt.
She was transported to the Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
