Seneca County Sheriff Timothy Thompson reports that on September 4, deputies arrested 33-year-old Natasha Murphy, of Clyde, in the Town of Phelps.
Murphy was taken into custody on a probation warrant for a Declaration of Delinquency.
She was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without incident and is awaiting her appearance in County Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
