Canandaigua Police report they recently served 26-year-old James Ishii of Newark with a criminal summons for Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree.
The summons follows a report of a trespass at an Eastern Boulevard business on July 18, 2025. Authorities say Ishii entered the store after previously being banned from the premises.
Ishii is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
