Seneca County Deputies arrested a Geneva man early Thursday morning on an outstanding warrant.
Authorities say Troy Randleman was taken into custody around 12:30 a.m. in the Town of Waterloo. The warrant stems from a 2024 misdemeanor charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the Town of Tyre.
Randleman had been arrested earlier in Geneva for an unrelated incident and was transferred to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office after that investigation concluded.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
