A Rochester man is facing charges after deputies say he stole more than $500 worth of merchandise from a store in Victor.
Deputies say 40-year-old Dennis Jemison was arrested Thursday following a shoplifting complaint at Von Maur. He’s accused of passing all points of sale without paying for $568 worth of items.
Jemison was taken into custody and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
