Dundee Man Charged in Penn Yan Drug Investigation

Penn Yan Police have arrested a Dundee man on drug charges following an investigation into the sale of methamphetamine in the village.

39-year-old Rodney Christensen was taken into custody on a Superior Court warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree.

Christensen was arraigned in Yates County Court and released on an appearance ticket.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
