Canandaigua Police arrested a Rochester man following a reported fight at a South Main Street business.
Police say officers found Robert Driggs actively fighting with two other men in the parking lot. When authorities tried to intervene, Driggs refused to comply, leading to charges of Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree and Disorderly Conduct.
Driggs was arrested and later released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
