The Canandaigua Police have reportedly issued a criminal summons to a Canandaigua woman for Harassment in the Second Degree.
Authorities allege that on August 5, Courtney Everhart sprayed another person in the face with pepper spray.
The 28-year-old Everhart is scheduled to appear in the City of Canandaigua court at a later date.
