A Bath man was arrested by Bath Police on an outstanding warrant.
The warrant for 35-year-old Brett Simons stemmed from a complaint investigated by the Village of Bath Police Department on July 21st involving harassment and stalking allegations.
Simons is charged with harassment, and stalking. Following his arraignment in Bath Village Court, Simons was released without bail
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
