Bath Police arrested a 33-year-old Bath man following the investigation into a complaint regarding stolen property at Kwik Fill.
It was reported to the police that a man had stolen a coffee machine key from the convenience store, which was caught on video surveillance. The suspect was identified as Jacob Fronk, who was located, taken into custody, and charged with petit larceny. Fronk was released on an appearance ticket for Bath Village Court.
Bath Police report the coffee machine key was returned to its rightful owner.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
