UPDATE: Family Says Missing Canandaigua Teen Has Returned Home

5 p.m. UPDATE: According to posts made by family members late Friday afternoon on Facebook, Jazmine Snyder has safely returned home.

The Canandaigua Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Jazmine Snyder of Canandaigua.

She was last seen on Tuesday around 10:00 p.m. in the city. Police say the most recent activity on her cellphone was reported this morning near Le Moyne College in Syracuse.

Snyder is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet tall, 150 pounds, with dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink sweatshirt and black sweatpants and carrying a bag, which may contain a change of clothes.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Canandaigua Police Department on-duty supervisor through the Ontario County 911 Center at 585-394-4560.
