The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a single-car crash that happened Wednesday in the town of Lyons.
Deputies say a vehicle was traveling east on Route 31 when the driver suffered a medical emergency, lost control, and crashed into several trailers parked at Jim’s Trailer World.
The driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, was taken to Newark-Wayne Hospital by Wayne County EMS for treatment of her injuries.
The Lyons Fire Department assisted at the scene along with EMS and sheriff’s deputies.
