The Seneca Falls Police Department has arrested a local man on a bench warrant and drug charges.
Police say 30-year-old Cody Sabol of Seneca Falls was taken into custody after failing to appear in court. During the arrest, officers say they found him in possession of several illegal narcotics.
Sabol is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
