Seneca Falls Police report the arrest of a 25-year-old Rochester man on Thursday.
Zacordae Arnold’s arrest came after he failed to appear for a scheduled court appearance in Seneca Falls Town Court, prompting the issuance of a bench warrant for his arrest.
In addition to the warrant, Arnold was charged with Bail Jumping in the Second Degree, a Class E Felony. After being processed at the police department, he was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is currently awaiting arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
