The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 26-year-old Sodus Point man following a domestic dispute last month.
Brandon Albright was taken into custody in connection with an incident on July 27 at 7538 Bay Street Extension. Deputies say Albright allegedly became involved in a physical altercation with a victim, striking them and forcibly taking property from their possession.
Albright was charged with second-degree harassment, third-degree robbery, and petit larceny. He was transported to the Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment.
he fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
