The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says a Farmington woman was arrested Tuesday night on several bench warrants out of Canandaigua Town Court.
Deputies say 24-year-old Cerena O’Donnell failed to appear in court on three separate dates this year — April 10, July 3, and August 7 — to answer charges of aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, and failure to surrender a suspended license.
O’Donnell was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail, where she was held for CAP Court. She is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
