An Elmira woman was taken into custody Monday night on a bench warrant out of Farmington Town Court.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Alexandria Ogozaly was arrested around 10:30 p.m. at the 7-Eleven on State Route 5 and 20 in West Bloomfield. Deputies say the arrest followed a report from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office that Ogozaly had been detained during a traffic stop.
Ogozaly was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment in CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
