A 24-year-old Seneca Falls man has been arrested following a property damage complaint.
On Friday, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ryan Grant for Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. Police say Grant damaged a speaker that did not belong to him and that he had no legal right to use or alter.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he awaits arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
