A Seneca Falls man has been arrested for allegedly allowing a child to use a nicotine vape.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, 24-year-old Ryan Grant was taken into custody around 12:20 a.m. on Friday. The arrest followed an investigation into an incident in which Grant permitted a child to use his nicotine vaping device.
Grant was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the child.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
