A Geneva man has been arrested on a Family Court warrant issued in Wayne County.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Kendrick Kemp was located by Geneva Police and turned over to deputies on the outstanding warrant.
Kemp was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he is being held until his next appearance in Family Court.
No additional details about the case were released.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
