Henrietta Man Charged After Crack Cocaine Found During Traffic Stop in Victor

SHARE NOW

A traffic stop in the Town of Victor has led to drug charges for a Henrietta man.

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 59-year-old Juan Pereira-Gonzalez was pulled over on State Route 96 and was later found to be in possession of crack cocaine.

He was arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Pereira-Gonzalez was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
