A Geneva man has been charged following a reported domestic incident that occurred last week near a local pharmacy.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says Bradley Gage was arrested Wednesday night at a residence on Lakefront Drive in Geneva. He is accused of violating a court order in connection with an incident reported on July 19th near the Walgreens on Route 5 and 20. Deputies charged Gage with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Geneva Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
