The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Marion man following a traffic stop in the Town of Palmyra.
Deputies say 23-year-old Zachary Frizelle was observed by deputies doing burnouts and speeding before being pulled over. During the stop, deputies determined Frizelle was driving while intoxicated.
He was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where he submitted to a chemical test that showed a blood alcohol content of 0.12%.
Frizelle was charged with DWI, unsafe start, and speeding. He was issued appearance tickets for Palmyra Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
