The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Lyons man following a larceny investigation.
Deputies say 26-year-old Joseph Gonzalez was charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a ladder from a jobsite on Tucker Court.
Gonzalez was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on August 5 at 8:30 a.m.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
