State Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred last week in Steuben County.
According to officials, troopers responded to Parker Road in the Town of Campbell on July 6 for the report of a man with a gunshot wound following a dispute between neighbors.
53-year-old William Tong was taken to Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania, where he died during surgery the following day.
Troopers say 41-year-old Devan Hall, the other involved party, remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under review, and no charges have been filed as the investigation is ongoing.
