A Seneca Falls man was arrested Monday in connection with a domestic incident that occurred last month.
Brandon Ferris was taken into custody by the Seneca Falls Police Department on Monday. The arrest follows an investigation into a June 15 incident.
Ferris has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and is awaiting arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
