A Seneca Falls man was taken into custody earlier this week on an outstanding warrant stemming from a June theft incident.
The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on July 1, officers arrested 25-year-old John Leflore on a Petit Larceny charge related to an incident that occurred on June 17.
Leflore was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he awaited arraignment in the county’s Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
